Refund and Returns Policy

1. Non-Refundable Products

– Downloadable content (such as videos, files, or any other digital content) is non-refundable, in compliance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Once downloaded, these products are considered consumed and cannot be refunded.
– Customized products or items made to order are also non-refundable, except in cases of proven defects.

2. Returns for Physical Products

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
– The product is defective upon receipt.
– An error in the order was made on our part (e.g., the wrong item was sent).

Return Conditions:

– The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
– Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

Return Procedure:

1. Contact our customer service at contact@colorprod.com, providing:
– Proof of purchase (order number, receipt).
– Photos of the product and the defect (if applicable).
2. Wait for our approval before returning the product.
3. Once approved, return the product to the following address:

Return Shipping Costs:

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

3. Refunds

– If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
– Refunds cover only the price of the returned product. Initial shipping costs are not refundable, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

4. Exclusions

The following products are not eligible for returns or refunds:
– Downloaded digital products.
– Customized products.
– Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French law (Article L. 221-18), you have a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to the products mentioned above as non-refundable.
